I suppose if there is no dedicated VR mod for a game you want to play that VorpX supports it might be worth it.
GTA V is a game with a really good dedicated VR mod known as R.E.A.L. Inside and Braid were very cool I think the mods people make for each game tend to work better.

I do love playing side-on or top-down games in full 3d. The fact that you can sometimes get a pseudo-vr experience is a bonus that is sometimes fun to play with but not the ideal use-case. I think of VorpX as a way to play games fully stereoscopic in the headset. You won't get many Full controller motion + Room. Bioshock Infinite didn't appeal to me in the same way so I never got it, but the prospect of being able to play it in VR (sort of I understand there are limitations with something like VorpX) kindles my interest.
